We Don’t Forget Where We Came From

Gregg Lisciotti had just graduated from Bentley University in 1991 when he dove into real estate development. He built Lisciotti Development from the ground up – driven by his work ethic and instinct.

After beginning in residential, he soon pivoted to commercial development, assembling land in Leominster, Massachusetts. He purchased it knowing it would be the perfect retail location. After permitting the site for CVS, Gregg transitioned exclusively to the commercial real estate industry.

Over 30 years later, with “lots of hard work and help from great people,” Lisciotti Development continues to thrive with Gregg’s values at its core. Hard work, patience, and perseverance, along with his determination and passion are what makes us the partner of choice for QSR and retail development projects.
